professional counselor license shall be placed on probation for a minimum of two years as to between the approximate dates of October 19, 2020, and November 2, 2020, Respondent leveraged her position as a school counselor at Pulaski International School to encourage students and parents to enroll in private counseling services with her secondary employer, Carolina Therapeutic Services, Inc ("CTS"). Pulaski is a school in the Chicago Public School ("CPS") system. In doing so, Respondent used her CPS email account and disclosed confidential student information and private student medical details to obtain business and clients for CTS.
